Giving Chloe control!

Chloe came to me on recommendation and I immediately changed her set up to help me correct her missing physical and mental skills. I uncovered a natural push in her riding and we then went off to apply it to the drops, much to her surprise!

In a short while Chloe was landing perfectly and smiling ear to ear. I moved onto the skills trail and the 14 sections that it contains and worked on basic pumping technique and then we used that gained speed to ride the following berm and flat corner. Chloe had reservations about the rock garden but that proved no obstacle now as she linked in that and 2 more corners. On the fly out, I showed why the skill set can be used to generate speed again using pumping to ride easily up and not feel like you are falling back and also link in a corner with a step too!
We moved to the end of the trail where I worked on braking and line choice when linking corners and drop offs together before it was time to ride the entire trail end to end. Each run was more fluid than ever before and confidence and commitment shone through now in her riding as she felt in total control. After a few runs i could see that she was tiring so moved on to the pump trail to work on pumping undulations on the trail before the tiredness got the better of her and we called an end to the session. Awesome progress Chloe!
